I would like to introduce you to ‘ Iron Chef ‘ – They are named after the YCNI:M track, and have a similar sound. They are a 3-piece alternative mathy rock band from Bristol. They have an appetite for energetic riffs and rhythms that make you wish you had more feet to dance with. Check them out below, and be sure to make a note of the live dates to see this three piece live. I for one, will be looking out for London dates.
SA / Drummer To Watch
Shaun Abbott has recently been voted as one of the ‘Drummers to watch in 2012′ by Rhythm Magazine, being placed at number three.
PM / Muddy Bee
Muddy Bee developed from Souler Rico, possibly even just a name change. The only known CD release was “The Basic Monster EP”, a self-released 3 track demo. Soon after this, they dispersed into two other bands, The Burning Dice and Yourcodenameis:milo. The style is very similar to Yourcodenameis:milo with Paul Mullen’s distinctive voice.
YCNI:M / Extra’s
Here are some YCNI:M wallpapers for your PC/MAC & also your iPhone/iPod I made and wish to share with you all. If you have any of your own you wish to share, email: ycnimblog@gmail.com and we will post them up. We will be adding more, and you will find them in the top menu so keep checking back! Thanks.
PM / AllRoadsToMonster
If you have seen The Automatic live recently you may of heard Paul Mullen sneaking in the All Roads To Fault riff into the middle of the song, and if you haven’t heard it yet, here is a video of The Automatic playing T4 On The Beach, you can hear it at around 2:20 so enjoy!
