We’ve got sad news to pass along this evening as graphic artist Storm Thorgerson has passed away. The news was confirmed by English journalist and songwriter Polly Samson, who’s also David Gilmour’s wife. Thorgerson designed countless album covers including Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon, Phish’s Slip Stitch and Pass, Umphrey’s McGee’s Safety In Numbers and The Mars Volta’s Frances The Mute, and of course YOURCODENAMEIS:MILO ‘Ignoto’ and ‘Rapt Dept’ -

So, the long-awaited Glastonbury 2013 line up has been released last week. It’s been a long time in waiting, and during that time Justin Lockey went and joined Editors. I was lucky enough to see Justin play at XFM last year with Editors and it was truly amazing so I cannot wait to see them taking up the Other Stage at Glastonbury. The track’s infectiously catchy chorus and atmospheric verses recall the angular, jerky of stylings of Post-Punk as well as the more commercial strains of the likes of Two Door Cinema Club.
